Watchman

Looking for a watchman to safeguard a commercial building on a 24/7 basis.

The role involves ensuring the security of the premises, maintaining the building’s upkeep, and residing on-site with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities • Guard the building and monitor entry/exit points.

• Conduct routine patrols to prevent unauthorized access.

• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious activity.

• Perform basic upkeep tasks (cleaning, minor repairs, reporting issues). • Ensure common areas remain safe and functional.

• Assist with routine inspections of utilities and facilities.

• Report maintenance needs or security concerns to management.

Requirements • Prior experience in security or watchman duties preferred.

• Strong sense of responsibility and alertness.

• Ability to work independently and remain on-site.

• Basic knowledge of building maintenance tasks.

• Accommodation provided on-site.
