Tree Climber

Do you take pride in technical tree climbing done the right way? Our team is seeking Tree Climbers to support our preservation-first approach to professional tree care.

Compensation:

$24 - $28 hourlyResponsibilities:

Inspect, maintain, and properly use climbing gear, tools, and equipment

Perform professional tree climbing, pruning, and preservation work according to company standards

Communicate job progress and site conditions clearly with crew leadership

Support crew leaders and ground staff to ensure safe, efficient job execution

Contribute to a clean, organized, and professional jobsite Qualifications:

Proficiency in modern climbing systems and pruning techniques

Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused work ethic

Valid driver’s license

18+ months of professional arboriculture experience

Demonstrated tree climbing experience (12+ months preferred) About Company
