What You'll Do as a Grants Supervisor
Administer & coordinate the Homeland Security Grant funding; Oversee state agency grant applicant activities.
Establish priorities & supervise subordinate personnel.
Assist the Preparedness Grants Branch Chief with the development of branch goals & objectives.
Oversee grant funding for the agency programs.
Develop & implement policies related to state programs; Determine priorities & time schedule.

Option 1
24 mos. trg. or 24 mos. exp. in preparation & monitoring of grants &/or other fiscal accounts;
AND 12 mos. trg. or 12 mos. exp. in supervisory principles/techniques.
Option 2
-Or completion of undergraduate core program in accounting &/or finance;
AND 12 mos. trg. or 12 mos. exp. in supervisory principles/techniques.
Option 3
-Or 12 mos. exp. as Grants Coordinator 2, 63162.
-Or alternative, equivalent evidence of the Major Worker Characteristics noted above.
