Lead Remodeling Carpenter (5+ Years Exp.)

Company: In-Line Construction, Inc.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule: Mon–Fri 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Get your afternoons back!)

Location: Shillington, PA & Surrounding Berks County

About the Role: Join a highly recommended team established in 2012. We are looking for two Lead Carpenters who take pride in high-end residential remodeling, framing, and precision finish work.

What You’ll Do:

Full-scale residential remodeling and additions.

Professional framing, siding, and window installations.

High-end trim and finish carpentry.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional carpentry (Required).

Skills: Proficiency in both rough framing and finish work.

Reliability: Valid DL and own reliable transportation to job sites.

Mindset: "Measure twice, cut once" work ethic.
