Job Description

Responsible for all staff trainings.

Responsible for making sure all client files are completed and up to date.

Responsible for making sure that all nursing assessments are completed by the due date.

Responsible for making sure all staff have a correct and completed TB Test.

Responsible to follow up with all clients family and doctors monthly to make sure there are no changes in health or medications.

Other duties as assigned.
