Job Description
We are seeking a Call Center Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
Answer calls concerning operational status of building mechanical equipment, Elevators, escalators, HVAC and plumbing systems.
Coordinate with Building’s Force Protection Agency's regarded emergency of fires and medical issues within the pentagon compound.
Log mechanical equipment failures on Share Point for emergency response and escalate tickets in Maximo to appropriate department for service.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory ticket resolution
Call center Operator responsible for receiving all customer service request for issues related to building maintenance.
Served as primary interface between customers and facility maintenance teams, Log mechanical equipment failures on Share Point.
Ensure tracking and management of the key control system during your shift, I maintained a 100% accountability record during my tenure at the Pentagon.
Call Center Agent Qualifications / Skills:
Qualifications:
Currently has or can obtain a minimum Secret Clearance.
At least two (2) years of experience in managing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (i.e. Maximo) or similar system(s) to include database management and report generation
