Key Responsibilities:
Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies and ingredients
Prepare components for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meats, and making sauces
Cook menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to presentation
Collaborate with kitchen leadership to execute dishes according to seasonal menus and guest preferences
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Properly store and label ingredients and leftovers according to food safety standards
Monitor food quality and ensure dishes are served in a timely manner
Follow all health, sanitation, and safety regulations
Contribute to a respectful, team-oriented kitchen culture
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Cook, Line Cook, or Prep Cook in a professional kitchen
Strong understanding of culinary techniques, kitchen tools, and food safety practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high quality
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
Culinary education or certification is a plus, but not required
