Job Summary
The Sanitation Specialist is responsible for deep cleaning and sanitizing of food production rooms, equipment and all other rooms associated with a high and low care areas in a food manufacturing facility while following the 7 steps of sanitation to ensure optimal cleanliness.
Primary Responsibilities
Deep clean and sanitize Floor, walls and food production equipment following the 7 steps of sanitization.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
Dust off packing areas of debris and other loose particles.
Wipe metal detector and tables.
Power wash floor.
Mix Various cleaning agents
Identify and report possible repairs
Other activities as assign by supervisors
Requirements
High school diploma.
Prior Cleaning experience ‘’preferred’’
Cell phone and email access.
