Perform professional tree climbing, pruning, and preservation work according to company standards

Communicate job progress and site conditions clearly with crew leadership

Qualifications:Proficiency in modern climbing systems and pruning techniques

Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused work ethic

Valid driver's license

18+ months of professional arboriculture experience

Demonstrated tree climbing experience (12+ months preferred)
