Our agency is newly opened in 2026 and currently has a growing team of four. With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, I bring a unique background that also includes time in professional sports, having worked with the Chicago Bears and alongside Walter Payton. That experience helped shape a strong work ethic, competitive mindset, and team-first mentality that carries into our office today.

Im a graduate of Marquette University and live in the NW suburbs of Chicago with my family and three children. Family is incredibly important to me, and that value is reflected in how I lead and support our team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Joe Ferrazza - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.

Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.

Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.

Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.

Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.

Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Organizational and multitasking abilities.

Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
