Job Description

PROGRAM DETAILS

Duration: 12 weeks (with potential to extend or convert to full-time)

Schedule: Full-time, in-office (Los Angeles, CA)

Compensation: $25/hour

OBJECTIVES

Learn the fundamentals of UA campaign management and ad monetization

Learn to pull and interpret performance data — CPI, ROAS, ARPDAU, eCPM, fill rates, retention

Study our existing LTV models and understand how UA and in-game revenue connect.

Help monitor and QA live UA campaigns, flagging performance anomalies

Assist with ad monetization tasks such as waterfall adjustments, A/B test setup, and network reporting

Build and maintain daily/weekly performance reports and dashboards

Research new ad networks, UA channels, and competitor strategies

COMPETENCIES

Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets

Genuine interest in mobile gaming and the free-to-play business model

Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Active mobile gamer with an understanding of F2P monetization (ads, IAP, battle passes, etc.)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Currently pursuing or have obtained Bachelor’s degree or higher

Previous internship or coursework in digital marketing or analytics

Exposure to SQL, Python, or any data analysis tool

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Los Angeles, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work

Prolonged period of time sitting at a desk and computer
