We are seeking a hands-on CRM Technical Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Siebel to drive the design, development, and modernization of CRM platforms within a retail banking environment. You will lead a cross-functional Agile team, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end technical design, development, and delivery of CRM solutions (customer onboarding, journeys, campaigns, and support workflows)
Lead and mentor a team of developers; provide hands-on coding, code reviews, and technical guidance
Design scalable architectures aligned with enterprise standards and banking compliance
Drive integration with core banking systems, data platforms, and third-party tools
Implement and manage API-based integrations (REST/GraphQL), messaging (Kafka/MQ), and ETL pipelines
Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and auditability
Collaborate with Product Owners, DevOps, Security, and Architecture teams
Support Agile delivery (Sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming)
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues
Promote best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps
️ Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in a Technical Lead role
7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Siebel CRM (25.x or higher preferred)
Strong experience in Siebel architecture, development, and administration (Windows/Unix)
Solid backend development experience in Java / .NET / Node.js
Strong SQL / Oracle Database expertise
Deep understanding of integration patterns (REST APIs, GraphQL, Kafka, MQ, ETL)
Experience with DevOps tools & practices (CI/CD, Jenkins, GitLab/Bitbucket, Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Hands-on with code quality & testing tools (SonarQube, Cypress, Mocha, etc.)
Strong experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments
Good to Have
Exposure to modern CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Pega)
Experience with customer data platforms (CDP) and personalization tools
Knowledge of event-driven architecture and real-time customer journeys
Understanding of data privacy, consent management, and compliance frameworks
Relevant CRM certifications (Oracle Siebel / Salesforce)
