We are looking for an experienced Area Coach to oversee multiple restaurant locations across our market. This is a high impact leadership role responsible for developing Restaurant General Managers (RGMs), driving operational excellence, and ensuring every location delivers a consistent, exceptional guest experience.
This role requires someone who leads with integrity, communicates with clarity, and holds themselves and their teams to the highest standard even when no one is watching.
What You Will Do
Lead & Develop People
Directly coach and mentor Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) across multiple locations
Build and maintain a strong leadership pipeline by identifying and developing future RGMs
Conduct regular store visits, walkthroughs, and structured performance check-ins
Support RGMs in staffing their restaurants fully with high-performing teams
Partner on performance management, coaching, and HR processes
Drive Operational Excellence
Ensure all locations are executing operational and training programs consistently
Hold RGMs accountable to staffing benchmarks, scheduling standards, and guest experience metrics
Ensure compliance with all food safety, health code, and company standards at every location
Review and act on financial and operational reports to drive profitability and hit annual targets
Communicate & Align
Serve as the primary point of contact between RGMs and senior leadership
Provide clear, consistent direction across all locations — no mixed messages
Approve time off requests and ensure proper coverage across your market
Escalate people or operational concerns through the appropriate chain of communication
Protect the Brand
Uphold and enforce all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct
Ensure all locations maintain compliance with company guidelines at all times
Address performance issues promptly, fairly, and consistently across all stores
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3–5 years of multi-unit leadership experience in QSR or fast-casual dining
Proven track record of developing strong restaurant managers and high-performing teams
Strong financial acumen, experience managing budgets, sales, labor, and profitability goals
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Ability to lead with integrity, hold people accountable, and create a culture of consistency
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations
Experience supporting HR processes including performance management and investigations
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within your assigned market

Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Coverage
This position covers the Northwest Columbus area. Regular travel to restaurant locations within the market is required.
