Customer Solutions Specialist

What You’ll Do:

Answer participant inquiries regarding retirement accounts, including contributions, asset allocation, rollovers, and withdrawals with a focus on First Call Resolution (FCR).

Use CRM tools and MS Office proficiency to process account requests and document interactions.

Provide expert guidance on retirement accounts, you help those who serve our community—teachers, firefighters, and civil servants—navigate their financial futures with confidence.

What You’ll Bring

Comfortable navigating MS Office Suite and learning new software quickly.

At least one year of experience in a customer service, retail, or sales-related role.

A natural curiosity about the financial services industry and a drive for continuous learning.
