Product Project Manager

Title: Project Delivery Manager

Rate: $65/hr - $75/hr

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 6-12 Month Contract to Hire

Has new team now. Claim, disputes, and fraud operations team

1 year old team, so still new and growing

Contract to hire role

Columbus, oh only

Background does not need to be in Finance

Team:

• Product portfolio team – oversight of business management, agility oversight, gatekeeping information in and out

• This does not deliver product. They manage oversight. (Cadence, talent, business management)

• They make sure different product teams have correct methodology, correct flow, correct operations.

• 3 people report to Manager now that do the role

• Small team so this candidate will centrally manage across entire Portfolio.

Role:

• Looking for someone that can hone in more on the analytics side.

•Experience with reporting in Jira, views, etc. so they can become proactive.

•Performance and Financial management experience

• Business management oversight – Headcount, team structure

Skills:

• Analysis skills and advanced excel Required

• Sr. level experience

• Agility metrics and Financials experience – Need more expertise in this area. How to embed this more proactively into product
