HVAC Project manager

We're looking for an Experienced Project Manager. Candidate should not only be a great project planner, but a leader at building relationships with co-workers and customers. We have been an industry leader in the mechanical trades for over 30 years.

What you will be doing:

Submittal review and release.

Plan and specification review.

Material buyouts and ordering for commercial projects.

Assisting in project billing and the scheduling of crews.

Attending project scheduling and coordination meetings.

Site layout for installation and coordination.

Price change orders and submit project related RFI's.

Installation quality assurance/control.

Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, suppliers, office staff and co-workers.

Help maintain and promote positive company morale, professionalism and a friendly work environment.

What you need for this position:

5+ years of commercial HVAC experience.

Knowledge and experience with reading mechanical drawings and specifications.

Benefits:

Salary: $65k - $110k+

Typical work week is within the hours of 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
