Pay Rate: 19.17
Schedule: Full-Time Monday–Friday (may include rotating shifts)

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls related to banking products and services
Assist customers with basic account inquiries and transactions
Provide clear and accurate information while following banking procedures
Document customer interactions in internal systems
Deliver professional and friendly customer service
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.)
Strong communication and listening skills
Basic computer and typing skills
Ability to pass a background check (banking requirement)
