Pay Range: $50.00-$56.00 per hour

experienced and compassionate Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve patients in Pasco County, FL.

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you’ll work one-on-one with patients to help restore function, promote independence, and improve overall quality of life. You’ll play a vital role in supporting recovery through personalized treatment plans and collaborative care.

What You’ll Do:

Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with the physician’s plan of care.

Implement therapeutic interventions designed to restore daily function and independence.

Instruct patients and caregivers on alternative strategies for daily activities, safe transfers, and proper positioning.

Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and optimal outcomes.

Accurately document patient progress and submit records within 24 hours of each visit.

Maintain compliance with agency policies, procedures, and home health best practices.

What You Bring:

Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida.

Minimum of 1 year of clinical OT experience (home health experience strongly preferred).

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Commitment to patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and required auto liability insurance.
