Salary Range: $76,285 - $114,428
As a Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for administering employees' benefits, including management of onsite clinics nationwide, Canada benefits, medical insurance, dental insurance, wellness program, life insurance plan, disability program, benefit communications, etc.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Manage the day-to-day operations and strategy of nationwide on-site clinics at all Dot locations.
• Manage the disability, leave benefit programs in conjunction with vendor.
• Work with approved vendors and assist in negotiations with vendors that provide employee benefits.
• Manage several budgets including disability, leave management, health administration of onsite clinic spend
• Ensure compliance with provisions of regulations such as the Affordable Care Act, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (COBRA), and Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA)
• Daily interaction with employees to help them understand and utilize their benefits most effectively.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts while applying lean thinking and tools to eliminate waste.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Dot Experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with varying audiences
• Strong customer service focus to promptly and effectively respond to needs of employees
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
• 3 years of experience in HR or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Effective presentation skills
• Prior successful leadership experience
ROLE SPECIFICS
• Travel – Occasional overnight travel for outside trainings and meetings. Must have ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train.
