An Enterprise Program Manager job in Columbus, OH is available courtesy of Akkodis. We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Program Manager to lead a large scale POS modernization program spanning 7,000+ company owned and franchised locations. This leader will drive program structure, vendor coordination, cross functional alignment, and enterprise level delivery—not deep technical execution.
The ideal candidate has previously led complex multi location POS implementations in retail, QSR, or fast food casual environments and is comfortable steering large programs with many dependencies and stakeholders.
Program Manager Responsibilities:
Help wrap up the RFP vendor selection and start to build out the program
Oversee multiple integration workstreams, testing, change management
Define and oversee the rollout plan across all stores
Multi-year engagement
Qualifications:
Enterprise level Program Management leadership in retail or casual fast food industries
Proven experience leading large POS (Point of Sale) deployments
Strong at driving alignment across operations
This is more of a program leadership and less technical role
Experienced working with vendors
