VARIOUS SHIFTS WORKING 1-1 WITH CLIENTS IN THE COMMUNITY - WEEKDAYS, EVENINGS and/or WEEKENDS

PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME DIRECT CARE (DSP) POSITIONS

Work 1-1 or with a small group in the individual's home or in the community.

Schedules may vary.

The employee uses their own vehicle to transport individuals. Mileage reimbursement, $0.65/mile.

BENEFITS DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS (DSP):

$.50 PER HOUR INCREASE AFTER 6 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT

ALL POSITIONS ELIGIBLE FOR MATCHING 401K

30 HPW OR GREATER POSITIONS OFFERED VISION NO COST, MEDICAL $15 PER PAY

37.5 HPW AND GREATER POSITIONS ALSO ARE OFFERED DENTAL AND LIFE INSURANCE AT NO COST

EXCELLENT PTO AND SICK TIME BENEFITS AVAILABLE AFTER 3 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT

HOLIDAY TIME AFTER 30 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT

Requirements

DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP) REQUIREMENTS

Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Be 18 years of age or older.

Obtain all clearances as required to meet regulatory compliance.
