Groundskeeper/ Porter - Multiple

Looking for short-term, hands-on work during student turn season? This Porter/Groundskeeper contract role supports a student housing community during peak move-out and move-in activity. Ideal for someone dependable, physically capable, and ready to work hard on specific dates.

Position Overview

You will assist with student turns by supporting trash-outs, grounds cleanup, and furniture installation. This role is very active and requires reliability on all scheduled workdays.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with trash-outs during student unit turns

Perform grounds cleanup and debris removal

Support furniture installation and setup as needed

Help keep the community clean, safe, and move-in ready

Qualifications

Prior porter, groundskeeping, or move-out/turn experience preferred

Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical work

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Available to work all scheduled dates listed below

Job Details

Location: Columbus, OH 43212

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Schedule: Daytime hours (typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Type: Contract (Short-Term / Student Turns)
