Additional Details: Outpatient primary care clinic Working independently with phone access to Medical Director at all times Seeing all ages of patients Acute illness Many chronic illness patients including depression and addiction Scheduled appointments with some walk in's Clinic open Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm 10 - 12 patients per day "on call" by phone 1 time per month E clinical EMR Temporary housing provided
