Job Title:Coordinator I, Production Materials

Work Schedule:Onsite – Baguio City, PH
The Production Planning Specialist is an individual contributor who supports production planning and execution in a manufacturing or field site environment. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and monitoring production and kit plans to ensure efficient use of resources, timely production, and on schedule customer delivery.
Working under moderate supervision, this role applies practical knowledge of production planning principles, analyzes supply and demand data, and coordinates closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Inventory, and Engineering teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and support internal build plans.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze production planning reports, including Line of Balance, to identify risks that may impact build plans or customer delivery
Develop, maintain, and update production plans and kit plans based on supply and demand analysis
Control, release, and manage work orders to support production flow and internal build plans
Generate packslips for finished goods in line with delivery schedules
Monitor production performance metrics such as MPS adherence, load status, queue times, inventory levels, and capacity utilization
Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure execution of production and kit plans
Assess and report the impact of unplanned events (e.g., material shortages, quality issues, machine or manpower constraints) and recommend corrective actions
Maintain and review MRP data, including BOMs, routings, planning parameters, and system transactions
Support inventory management by monitoring ageing inventory, reconciling system records with physical stock, and minimizing material obsolescence
Use planning and business systems (e.g., MRP tools, Rapid Response) to support decision making
Escalate planning issues to the Group Lead as needed
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
Experience in production planning, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or a similar role is preferred
Knowledge & Skills
Working knowledge of production planning, MRP, and inventory management concepts
Ability to analyze production, inventory, and capacity data
Familiarity with manufacturing systems and planning tools
Strong coordination and communication skills for cross functional collaboration
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Problem solving mindset with the ability to recommend practical solutions
Work Conditions
Individual contributor role working under moderate supervision
Regular interaction with Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Engineering teams
