Salary

:

HK$19,764 – $24,023 per month

Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide day-to-day clerical and administrative support in department;

2. Handle patients’ & visitors’ enquiries and telephone calls;

3. Maintain medical records and filing of documents;

4. Assist in appointment booking and management for patients;

5. Assist in data collection and entry;

6. Perform statistical analysis for clinical research and service statistics;

7. Handle various hospital systems for supplies ordering, repair/ maintenance tasks, and work duty input;

8. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Entry Requirement:

1.

University Graduates; OR

2.

Has obtained a Diploma in a specialized function and has completed F.5/ S.5 with:

(a)

5 subjects passed in HKCEE including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; OR

(b)

5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:

i.

level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language, and

ii.

Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category)/ Grade E in Other Language subjects, or equivalent.

Preferred Attributes:

1. Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of other Chinese dialects would be an advantage.

2. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office automation tools (E-mail, Internet/ Intranet).

3. Experience in handling quantitative data analysis, particularly service statistics and patient outcomes in healthcare settings.

4. Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure.

5. Capable of multi-tasking across duties with prioritization skills.

2. Serving staff who have completed F.5 / S.5 or equivalent and have 2 years’ relevant experience within HA may also be considered.
