KGGA is looking to fill the position of Driver / Office Assistant who will be reporting to the Operations Manager.
Job Objectives: The Driver / Office Assistant is responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation services while also supporting daily office administrative tasks.
This role combines driving duties with clerical and office support functions to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow within the organization.
Key Duties and Tasks: Driving & Logistics Duties Drive company vehicles to transport staff, visitors, documents, and goods as required.
Prepare and ensure Work Ticket Book is completed, available and updated.
Ensure authorization for use of Association vehicles on weekends and after working hours letter from Ministry of Education is applied for and renewed yearly.
Ensure that booking and registration for Inspection and insurance renewal are done in time Ensure all matters related to registration of all KGGA vehicles are valid Ensure that all mechanical issues or accidents are reported to the Management including vehicle checks – fuel, Oil brakes tires and service.
Ensure timely pickup and delivery according to schedules and instructions.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and roadworthiness of KGGA vehicle(s). Ensure compliance with traffic laws, Government and company policies, and safety regulations.
Office & Clerical Duties Assist with general office administration tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Deliver and collect documents within and outside the organization.
Support front desk or reception duties when required.
Assist with motor vehicle inventory control Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
Perform other administrative or support tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Minimum Qualifications Required Skills & Competencies Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Certificate of Good Conduct Basic IT skills and experience in Excel and cloud filing will be an advantage Basic Accounting skills Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
