Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required.

This opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in an elementary school setting, serving grades K-5.

The position is contract-based and located in Springfield, OR.

There are multiple openings across K-12 grade levels, including potential Extended School Year (ESY) assignments.

Key Responsibilities:Conduct speech and language screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students K-5.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language delays or disorders.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student services and progress reports.Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations.

Qualifications:Valid Speech-Language Pathology certification.Experience working with elementary school-aged children, preferably K-5.Ability to assess and treat a variety of speech and language disorders.Strong communication and collaboration skills within an educational setting.Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based therapy approaches.

Location: Springfield, Oregon Additional Details:Contract role with flexible scheduling options.Multiple openings available serving K-12 students.Possible Extended School Year (ESY) opportunities.Compensation ranges from $36.52 to $50.62 per hour depending on experience.
