We are looking for an Part Time Hourly Manager who helps lead daily operations, supports the team, and keeps service running smoothly from open to close. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands on, thrives in a fast paced environment, and takes pride in creating a well run shift and a great guest experience.

This is a hands on leadership role focused on day to day support of the restaurant. You will work closely with store leadership to help oversee service, guide the team, and maintain standards across the restaurant. You should be comfortable stepping into different areas of the operation, helping solve problems in real time, and providing reliable support during both opening and closing shifts.

What You’ll Do

Support daily operations through active floor leadership, shift oversight, and real time problem solving

Assist with opening and closing responsibilities to ensure the restaurant is set up for success

Help oversee the flow of each shift while supporting team performance and guest experience

Coach and support team members during service while helping maintain accountability and standards

Assist with inventory, product organization, and ordering needs

Support scheduling and day to day staffing needs alongside store leadership

Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards throughout the restaurant

Step into service positions as needed to support the team and keep operations moving

What You’ll Bring

Experience working in a fast paced food service or restaurant environment

Previous leadership or keyholder experience in a restaurant setting preferred

Strong communication skills and the ability to lead with confidence and professionalism

A hands on work style with the ability to stay organized and focused during busy shifts

Comfort supporting multiple areas of the operation at once

Dependability, flexibility, and a strong sense of accountability

Availability to work opening and closing shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
