Your role with us:

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator delivers accurate, timely, and confidential administrative support across core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration and employee records management. Aligned with organizational strategies and corporate culture, the HR Coordinator will provide responsive first-line support to employees and leaders.

You will bring to the role:

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR administrative and coordination roles.

Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Human Resources.

CPHR designation is an asset.

Demonstrated working knowledge of Employment Standards legislation, and applicable federal and provincial regulations.

Experience in oil and gas industry and/or a manufacturing environment.

Effective communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Strong organizational skills.
