Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong technical and functional expertise to support an Application Portfolio Modernization (APM) Program and ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture (EA) implementation.
This role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving modernization of legacy applications and enhancing enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Technical Analysis
Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and IT stakeholders
Create BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process flows
Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and workflow design
2. Legacy Application Modernization
Analyze legacy systems (MS Access, VB6, PHP, .NET)
Define migration strategies (Retire / Replatform / Rebuild)
Support transition to modern platforms like:
ServiceNow
SharePoint Online
Power Platform
3. ServiceNow Platform Support
Support ServiceNow modules:
Enterprise Architecture (EA)
CMDB
Application Portfolio Management (APM)
Manage configurations, enhancements, and integrations
Ensure adherence to platform governance and best practices
4. Testing & Implementation
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Coordinate end-to-end testing cycles
Develop training materials and SOPs
5. Process Improvement & Governance
Identify automation and optimization opportunities
Participate in CAB (Change Advisory Board) activities
Support ServiceNow standards and roadmap
6. Stakeholder Management
Act as liaison between business, IT, and architecture teams
Facilitate communication and alignment across teams
7. Project Support
Track deliverables, risks, and dependencies
Support project timelines and reporting
Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)
CBAP Certification (IIBA) – Mandatory (No exceptions)
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
5+ years of Business Analysis experience
Strong experience in:
Requirements gathering
Process mapping
Gap analysis
Documentation
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including:
CMDB
Enterprise Architecture (EA) or similar modules
ITSM / ITIL processes
Experience in:
Enterprise systems & integrations troubleshooting
SQL / data querying for reporting & analysis
Nice to Have
Experience with:
ServiceNow CSDM model & CMDB design
Enterprise Architecture / Portfolio Management
IT strategy, capability modeling, application rationalization
Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow CIS (APM or EA)
ITIL v4 Foundation

Work Environment
Hybrid model (2 days onsite required)
7 hours/day, 35 hours/week
