Role Description

HGL Limited is seeking a BIM/VDC Coordination Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Dublin, OH. The Project Manager will lead BIM and VDC coordination efforts, ensuring seamless integration across project teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project workflows, supervising BIM model development, conducting clash detection, facilitating coordination meetings, and providing support to both internal and external stakeholders. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality results on time and within budget while fostering strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

Proficiency in BIM and VDC tools, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD

Strong project management skills, including scheduling, task prioritization, and resource allocation

Excellent collaboration and team coordination abilities, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams

Understanding of construction practices, methods, and project lifecycle management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, xywuqvp with the ability to conduct clash detection and resolve design issues efficiently

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

5+ years of experience in BIM/VDC coordination and project management

Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial projects is a plus
