About Our Client
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead our on-site crews and directly manage self-perform work activities such as concrete, framing, and demolition. You will be responsible for planning day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship, enforcing strict safety protocols, and managing material deliveries. This role requires creating two-week lookahead schedules, maximizing labor productivity, and maintaining daily production logs to keep projects on track. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can drive efficiency and ensure company-owned equipment is utilized safely and properly.
Job Description
The Superintendent Will Be Responsible For:
Own Self-Perform Operations: Direct and supervise crews across concrete, carpentry, demolition, and structural scopes, ensuring work is executed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Drive Daily Field Success: Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and running smoothly.
Champion Safety and Compliance: Enforce strict safety standards and regulatory requirements to protect your team and the jobsite.
Partner with Leadership: Work closely with Project Managers to align field execution with schedules, budgets, and project goals.
Solve Complex Challenges: Review drawings, plan work sequences, and proactively resolve field issues to keep projects on track.
Deliver Quality That Stands Out: Oversee inspections, documentation, and quality control to ensure work exceeds expectations.

The Successful Applicant
The Successful Superintendent Applicant Will Have:
Proven Field Leadership: 5+ years supervising self-perform crews in commercial or industrial construction, driving productivity and high-quality results.
Technical Expertise That Makes an Impact: Strong hands-on knowledge of concrete, carpentry, and structural scopes to execute complex projects with precision.
Safety-First Mindset: Track record of maintaining safe, compliant jobsites while motivating teams to perform at their best.
Effective Communicator and Problem Solver: Lead crews confidently, resolve challenges proactively, and keep projects on schedule.
Project-Ready Planner: Skilled at reading drawings, sequencing work, and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously to deliver flawless execution.
