CSC Digital Support Specialist

Description The CSC Digital Support Specialist plays a critical role in delivering advanced technical support for digital banking platforms.

This position focuses on troubleshooting, customer education, and driving adoption of digital tools while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

The role also supports multiple lines of business and contributes to overall service excellence.

Responsibilities + Provide Tier II support for digital banking platforms including login, navigation, alerts, and integrations + Troubleshoot issues related to online and mobile banking systems + Assist customers with deposit account inquiries and general support needs + Deliver first-contact resolution through strong problem-solving skills + Maintain knowledge of digital tools, systems, and updates + Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations + Support multiple lines of business during high-volume periods + Ensure compliance with security and operational standards Requirements Job Requirements + High School Diploma or GED + Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Preferred Qualifications + Strong technical troubleshooting ability + Experience with digital banking tools and platforms + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web browsers + Strong communication and multitasking skills + Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
