Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of approximately 22-45 students, providing guidance and counseling tailored to their academic, social, and emotional needs.
Facilitate group counseling sessions to promote student well-being and peer support.
Collaborate with school staff, families, and external resources to develop strategies that support student success.
Develop and implement counseling programs aligned with school policies and student goals.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports regarding student progress and interventions.
Desired Qualifications:
Must hold a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
