About The Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing technology team.

Lead the development of a modern B2B SaaS platform impacting real-world industries.

Contribute to high-impact, technically complex projects from concept to deployment.

Build scalable, user-centric products driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver new product features across frontend (React, React Native) and backend (Node.js/Express, MongoDB) systems

Architect scalable, high-performance infrastructure to support rapid growth

Collaborate with Product Management, UX/UI, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

Ensure code quality, security, and performance through best practices and reviews

Lead and mentor other engineers, contributing to team skill development

Influence product strategy, roadmap, and technical architecture decisions

Qualifications

4-10 years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment

Strong computer science fundamentals; degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Proven success in leading development for large-scale applications

Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, React Native, Node.js, Express, MongoDB

Solid understanding of user-centered design, scalability, and cloud architecture

Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-changing environment and make independent decisions
