Server Assistant/Food Runner

Job Description

Baltimore Country Club is looking for energetic, detail oriented Server Assistant/ Food Runners to join our Food & Beverage team. You'll help create memorable dining experiences for our members and guests by keeping service areas running smoothly and supporting servers throughout each shift.

Responsibilities:

Set, clear, and reset tables with care and attention to detail

Greet Members and Guests with a friendly smile

Assist servers with food and beverage delivery

Keep dining areas neat, stocked, and ready for service

Go above and beyond to ensure every Member feels welcomed

Qualifications:

Bussing or runner experience preferred but not required (Country Club a plus)

Professional attitude and eagerness to learn

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge of food, beer, wine, or spirits is a plus

Able to lift 25–50 lbs and stay active during shifts

Available days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Minimum age 16; year-round, flexible availability required
