Job Title: Machine Operator $22-24 HR 2nd Shift
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift from 3 PM to 12 AM or 1 AM, with the possibility of overtime. Training will be provided on the 1st shift for 2-4 weeks. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring manufacturing machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production.
Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Perform routine quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
Read and interpret basic work instructions, blueprints, or production documents.
Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain product standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and production standards.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues or improvements.
Essential Skills
Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Ability to work 2nd shift hours (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM / 1:00 AM).
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and work instructions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with assembly, inspection, and using hand tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Work Environment
Work in a nice, clean, and organized facility. While not temperature-controlled, heaters and fans are available for certain weather conditions.Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Medina, OH.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
