Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
3-5 years+ high-level Restaurant Manager or AGM experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
Manage financials, budgets, and cost controls
Build and maintain a strong, positive culture for staff and guests
Uphold high standards for food quality and service
Solve problems quickly and effectively
Drive continuous improvement and business growth
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
