Finance Attorney Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience as a finance attorney, specializing in representing banks and financial entities in complex transactions such as asset-based lending, 501(c)(3), healthcare, and public/private infrastructure financings.

- Familiarity with municipal/tax-exempt financing and/or tax credit transactions (e.g., new markets, low-income housing, historic tax credits) is highly beneficial.

- Admission in good standing to the Pennsylvania Bar
