Job Title: Packer FLSA Status: Hourly Department: Operations

SUMMARY: The Packer plays a key role in the Operations Department by efficiently and accurately packaging protein products in accordance with company standards and customer specifications. This position involves working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail, adherence to food safety regulations, and commitment to product quality are essential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Place product into primary packaging

Inspecting packages, marking and label product

Set up and maintain work area

Utilizing TI screens

Equipment usage to label product

Pack product by specifications

Work with team members to ensure maximum productivity

Communication and responsibility for reporting any food safety and food quality related issues to Lead, Supervisor or Management

Follow the company's GMP policy

Maintaining a clean, sanitary and safe work area

Follow safe work practices including wearing all required PPE in designated areas

Work weekends and flexible hours

Perform other duties assigned
