Location: Wadena, Minnesota

Setting: Hospital / OR suite with multiple specialties

Schedule:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Call: 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM nightly

Call Response Time: 30 minutes

Day Coverage: 2 providers, 3 ORs, 1 Endo Room, 1 IR Room

EMR: Epic Clinical Scope

Types of Cases: General, Orthopedic, ENT, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, Urology, Podiatry

Required Skills:

Spinals

Epidurals

Nerve blocks (peripheral, TAP, neuraxial, IV)

Caselogs: Required (proof of spinals, epidurals, and blocks) Required Certifications

ACLS, BLS, PALS

DEA Practice Details

Independent CRNA practice (no anesthesia supervision required)

TAP blocks, neuraxial blocks, peripheral blocks, IV blocks commonly performed
