Position Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring the highest level of standards, aesthetics, and efficiencies.
Cultivate a top-performing team through inspiring leadership, coaching, and mentorship.
Manage financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling labor and food costs.
Drive sales through local marketing initiatives and community engagement.
Maintain a "roll up the sleeves" presence on the floor, supporting staff and engaging with guests to ensure an exceptional experience.
Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operational security regulations.
Coordinate with the Chef and Director of Operations to align on business goals and upcoming events.
Position Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a quick-casual or full-service environment.
Proven track record of managing operations with at least $1mil in annual revenue.
Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, inventory, and labor control.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build a positive culture in both the front and back of house.
Proficiency in hospitality technology, including POS systems (Aloha), Ctuit, and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with small-town dynamics and a desire for an outdoorsy lifestyle is highly preferred.
Valid Food Safety and TIPS certifications.
Compensation Package Details
Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
Bonus: Quarterly performance-based bonus potential (up to 10%)
