HR Service Now Human Resources Consultant (HRIS)

Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST (must be able to work during EST hours)

Columbus, Ohio (remote)

2 Month Contract, could extend

What You’ll Do:

Hands-on experience eliciting ServiceNow requirements, along with supporting testing and development activities, is required

Demonstrated experience implementing the ServiceNow Localization Framework, including building out localization workspaces and leveraging the Google Cloud Translator Spoke to streamline and manage translation processes

Familiarity with integrating the Google Translator Spoke, ideally utilizing Google’s adaptive LLM translation capabilities

Experience configuring dynamic translation solutions, including use cases within live agent chat and configurable environments such as HR Agent Workspace

Ability to advise on best practices for translation-related business processes, including intake, workflow, and execution

Understanding of strategies for separating and managing translation requests across different business units (e.g., HR vs. IT)

Proven ability to lead knowledge transfer sessions with internal IT teams on the ServiceNow Localization Framework

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience is preferred

4–8 years of experience working with or supporting HR ServiceNow

Utilizes deep expertise and a strong grasp of HR ServiceNow concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to execute a wide range of responsibilities

Contributes to large-scale, complex projects

Designs and delivers technical solutions within the HR ServiceNow environment

Ensures solutions are creative, effective, and aligned with overall business goals

Operates with a high level of independence while working under general direction
