Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour

Start Date: April 2026

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (Hybrid 2 days in office, 3 days work from home)

Location: Three Nationwide Plaza, Columbus, OH

What You'll Do

As a Financial Operations Processor, you will handle a high volume of transactions with speed and accuracy. Your core responsibilities will include:

Processing key financial requests, including participant withdrawals, rollovers, and beneficiary payouts.

Ensuring all transactions comply with government regulations, contract provisions, and internal policies.

Communicating professionally with plan advisors to resolve and correct any "Not In Good Order" (NIGO) items.

Navigating multiple retirement plan applications to accurately enter and maintain data.

Thriving in a production-based environment where you'll aim to process approximately 55 transactions daily with 99% accuracy.

What You'll Bring

Education: A completed (or near completion) bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.

Experience: 1-2 years of work experience in an office, data entry, or other detail-oriented role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with a typing speed of 45+ WPM.

Core Competencies: A quick learner with a strong ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
