Job Title: Systems Administrator- Meridian Link
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid/Remote options available)
Pay: $25–$32 per hour
Overview
We are seeking a skilled MeridianLink Systems Administrator to support and manage critical lending and account systems. This role is responsible for system administration, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent internal support.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain MeridianLink systems (consumer & mortgage lending, account opening, collections, etc.)
Support and manage core platforms such as Symitar, Banno, and related systems
Serve as the primary point of contact for system issues, providing troubleshooting and resolution
Support daily IT operations including incident triage, escalation, and system performance monitoring
Assist internal teams with technical support, system access, and issue resolution
Qualifications
2–3+ years of experience with MeridianLink systems
Experience with Jack Henry platforms (Symitar, Banno, etc.) preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications/experience in IT or related field
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail with a focus on security and data integrity
