What will your responsibilities be?

Process incoming requests for vendor accounts additions and changes in SAP system.

Responsible to follow processes and internal instructions.

Communicate with requestors and other departments to resolve issues with requests.

Create and process reports from SAP system and perform other duties as assigned.

Cooperation with other departments like Finance, Accounts Payable, HR, Purchasing etc.

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

University Student

English Language level B2

Ability to work minimum 20 hours a week for a longer period (ideally at least 12 months)

Preferably available to work during the summer
