About the Role
Culmen is hiring a seasoned Program Manager to support our work onsite in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
Position is located in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
What You’ll Do in Your New Role
The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the performance of all work under this contract, including deliverables, quality control, contract execution, and reporting.
The PM will have sufficient experience in process mapping, auditing, project management, preferably in the security assistance sector, and any other areas relevant to the scope of work.
Role requires working in a dynamic or high-risk environment where adaptability, discretion, and operational security are paramount.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, process mapping, performance management, and/or auditing and administration
U.S. Citizen
Secret Clearance
At least two (2) years’ experience as a team lead or managing staff
At least two (2) years’ experience supporting overseas logistics programs, preferably OCONUS, and in defense articles
Experience developing training materials, procedures, and policy
Fluent in English, additional fluency in French and/or Haitian Creole preferred.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Proven ability to produce clear, concise written reports and presentations in English
Able and licensed to drive armored vehicles.
Receptive to living in-country (Housing provided)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree
