Role Summary
Client is seeking a Senior Data Entry Operator to perform advanced data entry tasks, support multiple systems, and maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency. This role may involve developing simple standard operating procedures, handling confidential information, and providing guidance to junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
Perform dvanced data entry across multiple systems.
Input lpha/numeric data, proof for ccuracy and completeness, and correct errors.
Maintain ccurate records and generate reports on data entered.
Prioritize tasks by coding and sorting to meet deadlines.
Develop simple SOPs for routine data entry processes.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Provide guidance and support to other staff once proficient in the workflow.
Make independent decisions related to planning, organizing, and scheduling work within scope.
Perform minor mechanical adjustments (e.g., switching sets, changing control features).
Utilize tools such as Microsoft Access and 10-key adding machines.
pply mathematical and item processing skills as required. Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
6+ years of data entry experience in administrative or operational roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Access preferred.
Strong mathematical ability and item processing skills.
