Akkodis is seeking a Custom Software Engineer for a Contract with a client in Columbus, OH/ Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate is responsible for developing, testing, and delivering Varicent ICM and reporting components for partner incentive programs.
Rate Range: $60/hour to $75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Custom Software Engineer job responsibilities include:
Develop, test, and deploy Varicent ICM components, including compensation models, rules, workflows, and calculations for partner incentive programs.
Build and maintain ELT (Symon) integrations and SAP BusinessObjects Data Services components to ensure accurate, scalable, and efficient data processing.
Design, configure, and deliver Varicent reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights and transparency into incentive compensation results.
Collaborate with business system analysts, Salesforce teams, and crossfunctional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical Varicent solutions.
Troubleshoot, validate, and enhance Varicent configurations, ensuring data accuracy, model stability, and alignment with evolving business needs.
Support continuous improvements, documentation, and release cycles while adhering to best practices in Varicent development and telecom incentive operations. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
5+ years of handson experience with Varicent ICM, ELT (Symon), and incentive compensation development.
Proven expertise in Varicent configuration, model development, ELT integrations, and building reporting dashboards for incentive programs.
Pay Details: $60.00 to $75.00 per hour
