Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative & Lead Generation Specialist to join our remote team. This role is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients, as well as driving revenue through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and skilled at building relationships in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

* Research and identify potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, inbound inquiries, and databases)

* Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate new business opportunities

* Qualify leads based on defined criteria and assess their needs

* Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and prospect information

* Develop and execute lead generation strategies to meet pipeline goals

Sales Responsibilities

* Present products/services to prospective clients through virtual meetings and demos

* Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive conversions and repeat business

* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals

* Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients

* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

* Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

* Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools)

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

* Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections

* Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
